Mental Health Partial Care
Our Mental Health Partial Care Program offers structured therapeutic treatment for adults needing more intensive support than traditional outpatient therapy. Licensed professionals deliver psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and evidence-based group therapies targeting conditions like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and schizophrenia. Program participants benefit from individualized care plans that integrate illness management, recovery skills, and socialization activities within a supportive clinical environment.
Substance Abuse Treatment
We provide comprehensive outpatient treatment for substance use disorders including alcohol, opioids, and stimulants. Services range from general outpatient to intensive outpatient programming with evidence-based interventions like cognitive behavioral therapy, relapse prevention, and medication-assisted treatment. Our trauma-informed care model addresses co-occurring mental health conditions while certified counselors support recovery through individual and group sessions focused on long-term sobriety maintenance.
Intensive Outpatient Program
Our Intensive Outpatient Program offers structured treatment three days per week with flexible scheduling options. Participants receive comprehensive care through group therapy, individual counseling, and psychoeducational sessions addressing addiction science, coping strategies, and recovery planning. This program combines clinical expertise with peer support in a setting that allows patients to maintain family and work responsibilities while undergoing treatment.
Co-Occurring Disorder Treatment
Specialized programming addresses the complex needs of individuals with simultaneous mental health and substance use disorders. Integrated treatment plans combine psychiatric care with addiction counseling using evidence-based modalities like dialectical behavior therapy and motivational interviewing. Our multidisciplinary approach ensures coordinated treatment of conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and trauma-related disorders alongside substance abuse recovery.
Partial Care Program
Partial Hospitalization Program provides daily structured treatment for severe mental health conditions requiring intensive intervention. Patients receive comprehensive services including psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and therapeutic activities in a supportive environment. This program serves as an alternative to inpatient hospitalization, offering robust clinical support while allowing clients to reside at home and gradually transition to lower levels of care.

The classes were the same classes recycled over and over again every other week, as to say that the clients must be too stupid or something to realize it or that they just didn't care and was doing them as time a filler. And they go through counselors like they go through under wear, and my last counselor was always short and patronizing towards me. They need to start actually caring about the clients instead their wallets! After being there for months I was highly disappointed in their caviller attitudes and lack of caring for the people who ultimately pay the bills there...

Recently a friend of mine was treated at behavioral crossroads. He suffered from a severe drug
addiction that many thought he would not
be able to overcome. My dear friend is alive
today thanks to the warm staff who brought
him back to sobriety. We are so thankful for
the care and rehabilitation provided to him
during his time in Crossroads. Thank you!
