Pet Policy

T&H Realty Services is a pet-friendly company and we realize that most households have some type of animal. Some of our Owners, however, will not allow pets of any type, so please check the property amenities for details. Pet Fees: Our general policy is to charge $25 for the first pet and $10 for each additional pet.
Tenant Benefits Package

As a Tenant of T&H Realty Services, you are automatically enrolled into our Tenant Benefits Package when you sign a Lease with us. Changing HVAC filters every 3 months is another requirement that you agree to when you sign our Lease. With this package, you will receive a high-quality filter you need directly mailed to your residence every 90 days.
