Whitening
Report
There are many teeth whitening systems out there that can be performed in office or at home. Over the counter products such as white strips, toothpastes, and gels are good options to whiten teeth; however, they do take more time to achieve desired results. In office or take home products are mostly peroxide based gels, which are placed in custom trays that can be worn comfortably.
Implants
Report
Dental implants are a tooth replacement option in which a titanium implant, "screw", is placed into the alveolar bone. The implant then integrates with the surrounding bone, providing stability for prosthesis. An abutment can then be screwed into the implant itself. The abutment can either support a single crown, multiple crowns (bridge), or a denture.
Tooth Extraction
Report
While we prefer to preserve teeth for as long as possible, often they do require surgical removal. Most commonly tooth extraction is required due to large cavities, periodontal disease, fracture or "cracked tooth", impaction, or for orthodontic reasons. Whatever the reason, we are here to make the experience pain and stress free.
Crowns
Report
Whenever a tooth is at high risk of fracture or decay, a full coverage crown is often indicated. The tooth is prepared to allow the crown to slide over the top and seal the underlying tooth. Crowns can also be used for cosmetic purposes to provide ideal smile architecture and color. Crowns are most often made out of tooth colored ceramic.
