Chris Ferguson is the best home inspector I have ever worked with, and this is my 4th home purchase. He's knowledgeable of codes, enforcement, and standards. He is honest and fair when it presenting issues to homeowners. A home inspection is something you definitely don't want to skimp on. If issues aren't identified prior to purchase, it may be you, the new homeowner that is out of pocket.
