Called for ants on the outside and a German roach problem in house. Took care of ants outside successfully. When it came to the German roaches the technician wanted to tell my wife she was wrong and did not know what she was talking about. I called and was told we were wrong so I took pictures of them in traps. Was then told they could come back for 50$. Never apologized or offered any kind of anything for their lack of effort to do the right thing for the customer. What of company refuses business? All I ask is for businesses to do there best.

We’ve used Aberdeen Exterminating for three years. Until recently they provided excellent service. No complaints and no bugs. After merging with Rent-to-Kill they changed the treatment process. They now only treat outdoors. We had a treatment a month ago, but had recently killed 4 millipedes and some spiders indoors, so we called for retreatment. We hadn’t had a problem before and they always said to call if we had a problem. I called. She told me to go to Lowe’s and get Sevin dust and treat outdoors myself. She said the chemical they used wasn’t effective for that. So, what am I paying
