I first learned about Dr. Nykiel through social media, I found his content educational and empowering. I was interested in improving the look of my hip dips and went in for a consultation. Dr. Matthew Nykiel has been enthusiastic and energetic since day 1 of consultation. I never felt pressured into the surgery and made the decision right away. Pre Op the Dr explained everything and answered all of my questions and concerns . Day of surgery the same energy was there and I felt so comfortable my nerves were gone. I had a bbl procedure and lipo 360 done by Dr.Nykiel. I am happy with my results! Before my surgery all I would wear would be Jean leggings and loose shirts because I did not like what I saw in the mirror. After Dr Nykiel worked some magic, I now wear crop tops and tight jeans! So, let's start from the beginning. I had a serious problem with my implants. It was the 2nd time that they formed a capsule and it was causing a lot of pain. I was recommended to Dr.Nykiel from a previous surgeon. during our consultation he gave me a few options and told me which one he would rather me do... he rather me remove my implants and just let them heal for 6m-a year. this was the cheaper option as well. The whole entire process was seamless. Dr. Nykiel and his staff are very personable. I also love and appreciate the fact that Dr. Nykiel is very knowledgeable and that he loves to instill his education into others. The procedure I got done was a bbl and I have not experienced any pain just tightness in stomach. I work from home and was able to return to work the next day. Lastly I would like to say thank you to Randy for being an amazing anesthesiologist I dislike going order but he made the process very comfortable and relaxing. I'm so excited to see my results.

Dr. Nykiel & his staff were wonderful. They made me feel so comfortable from beginning to end. They were super helpful with anything & everything I questioned them about. To start I'd like to say that I had two separate procedures with doctor Nykiel a bbl and rhinoplasty. Im writing this review because of how upset and unhappy I am with the results of BOTH. Whats more upsetting is that there is nothing I can do but spend more money to correct his work. All I got out of him were excuses and blaming my anatomy after the fact. During preop he went on about how I would love my results and never brought up my "anatomy" being an issue. When I brought up the fact that my nose was still deviated and it appeared that no work was done to the tip he became upset
