Agape Physical Therapy was founded in 1983 by physical therapists Joseph Colgain and John Taylor. Together, they had a vision of providing the best physical therapy in the state of Maryland. They envisioned creating a team of highly skilled therapists and professionals who would be committed to delivering their best everyday to every patient.

John Taylor cofounded Agape Physical Therapy with his partner, Joe Colgain, in 1983. He and Joe had a vision to create the best physical therapy practice in Maryland. Agape has grown to fulfill that vision by creating a team of highly skilled therapists and professionals who are committed to delivering their best everyday to every patient.

Two years ago I had a devastating crash on my road bike while out on my last training ride before a triathlon which resulted in multiple injuries. The most severe was a type 3, completely separated shoulder. When I first went to Agape and saw Joe Colgain, I couldn't even extend my arm straight out in front of me.
