Report
As a Certified Professional Inspector I have over 25 years experience in the construction field, and many hours of specialized training to assure you the best possible inspection available. As a member of InterNACHI we are required to take a minimum of 90 credit hours of initial training and 24 credit hours of continuing education annually.
Typical Home Inspection
Report
We use state of the art inspection equipment and reporting software. The report will include over a hundred checked items complete with color photos. All reports are electronic, can viewed, printed or forwarded to your realtor. All reports will be stored on a server for up to five years, allowing for access at anytime within that time period.
