We coordinate all of our services with local Home Health Nursing facilities to ensure proper and complete care is given to our patients. If Home Health Nursing is being utilized, or to request a specific nursing agency, please inform the pharmacist to ensure coordination of care. IV Antibiotics & Antifungals: typically administered via elastomeric infusion devices (homepumps) for flexibility and convenience.
