Edibles Rex burgeoned from a small restaurant (Silver Spoon Carry-Out Cafe in Grosse Pointe Woods) Tammy Tedesco started in 1992 to Metro-Detroit's top-notch caterer. The heart of everything is Tammy's love of creating delicious, wholesome foods for any program or occasion. It doesn't stop there. She's mastered the orchestration of her team's talents to assure outcomes meet and often exceed expectations.

Simultaneously, starting a nutritious school food program was natural for Tammy as a mom and supporter of raising healthy kids. As her son pointed out, it's got to be fun too!

For delivery, there is a minimum $150 order required excluding sales tax and service charge. There is no minimum for pick-up orders. All prices are subject to 6% sales tax and 18% service charge (for deliver, set-up and serving ware). For orders outside the surrounding area, additional delivery costs may be incurred.

More and more schools are counting on Edibles Rex School Food Service for their meal programs. It's backed by culinary professionals with over 75 years of combined experience operating out of a 10,000 sq.ft. Food safety - cold food delivered cold, hot food delivered hot in temperature-controlled storage containers.
