Services
Adolescent Outpatient
Specialized outpatient treatment for substance use disorders in teens uses evidence-based methodologies to address developmental needs. Our licensed clinicians provide individual and group therapy sessions focused on relapse prevention and life skills development. This program helps adolescents build healthy coping mechanisms while addressing co-occurring mental health concerns through comprehensive assessments and personalized care plans.
Medication Assisted Treatment
Combining pharmacological support with behavioral therapies, our MAT program treats opioid and alcohol addiction using FDA-approved medications. Medical professionals oversee dosage management while counselors provide concurrent psychotherapy to address psychological dependencies. This comprehensive approach improves treatment retention and reduces relapse risks through structured outpatient care plans.
Drug Testing
Certified laboratory testing services detect substance use through urine analysis with rapid result turnaround. This service supports treatment monitoring, workplace compliance testing, and legal requirements for DUI rehabilitation programs. We follow strict chain-of-custody protocols to ensure accurate, defensible test results for medical, legal, and employment purposes.
PREP Program
Palmetto Retailers Education Program trains merchants on responsible alcohol and tobacco sales practices. Approved by state regulatory agencies, this initiative reduces underage access through compliance training for on-premise and off-premise retailers. The curriculum covers ID verification protocols, keg registration requirements, and liability risk reduction strategies for licensed vendors.
Strengthening Families
Evidence-based parenting program developed by Iowa State University reduces youth substance abuse through family skill-building workshops. This initiative improves parent-child communication and strengthens family bonds to prevent risky behaviors. The curriculum focuses on positive discipline techniques, conflict resolution, and creating protective home environments to support adolescent development.
