Weve been trying to start a project with SAC since early December. Our walk through for a cost estimate was 6 weeks ago and we were told wed here something back maybe in 2-3 weeks. Zero updates, no response to emails. Left in the dark and feeling our project wasnt worth their time.

I sent a request for quote via their website. After 2-3 weeks I hadn't heard anything so I called during office hours. They found my RFQ immediately. They told me they're focusing on other types of projects, not the project type I'm in need of. I can appreciate and understand that. I gave them one star because they didn't have the simple courtesy to take 2-3 minutes to reply to my email or call me to decline my request. I won't give them a second chance

I hired Shane to remove an exterior wall and extend out our basement into a great room. I felt confident in his knowledge and expertise during the estimate process, and was reassured when demo started and structural issues were found but he was able to adjust and revise the plans. The craftsmanship was excellent--my built-in and trim around my windows and doors looks amazing. Shane always wanted to make sure I was happy and he had good suggestions. He was also very quick to respond to any questions I had. He was also very flexible with the add on work I wanted. I took one star off-which maybe
