My name is Kristie Pooley, and I bring you over 24+ years of "hands on" experience in the jewelry industry. I am a Certified Diamontologist, and have attended GIA Diamond Grading School as well as hold a certificate with GIA in Jewelry Display. I earned an Associates Degree in Business Management, and an Associates Degree in Marketing and Sales.
