I highly recommend RentPros Property Management. I've been using them since 2011 and have found them to be competitively priced and very professional. They did a fantastic job at helping me find a tenant for my house in S. Land Park Hills, and that same tenant is still there today (2019). They are also responsive when I need help with maintenance issues and they have established relationships with a variety of contractors/vendors.
