Definitely not the same practice as several years ago. They seem to have been purchased by a new management company with the result that they are overbooked and appointments have taken two hours or more to be completed. Good care, but plan to spend a few hours for a routine appointment.

This office does not provide options for customers who are waiting for appointments. A wait list, or call back when there is a cancelation is standard. Oh well, onto a new doctor who will accommodate its customers.

Came here about 10 years ago and thought the service was decent so decided to recommend relatives to come here. Things surely have changed since then. The place is always packed which is an indication they're in demand, but I feel the staff's attitude is very indifferent and not friendly...especially the front of the house check-in/receptionists area. They appear overwhelmed and not ready to handle simple requests from their clients. My relative who had surgery here said they never called her back about her post surgery visit because she owed $10 on her account and there was nothing they could

I called this place to schedule an eye exam. I was put on hold for 12 minutes and finally hung up and called back. I was put on hold again for 2 minutes. After telling the person who finally answered that I needed an exam for contacts I was told it would take 4 weeks. Then I was asked my name, address and phone number which I gave. Then I was asked my area code. I live 3 miles away, why would I be asked my area code. Do they think Metairie and Kenner have different area codes? If my area code was different I would have given it with the phone number. Poor service!
