Our hot water heater, installed by another company, called it quits before it’s 6th anniversary! Apple responded promptly and the Technician was able to verify that it was still under warranty, saving us the cost of a new unit. Talk about honesty and integrity!!! He replaced the unit, fixing some of the mess left by the other company. He was friendly, informative and professional. I will never call any plumbing company but Apple ever again. Thank you so much Dylan!

I had a plumbing emergency (failing sump pump) and they were to my house within 40 minutes on a Sunday. They were affordable, with no weekend or after hour fees. Luke was polite, explained everything fully, and was professional. I was very pleased and will be using them from now on with plumbing issues.

Dylan and his partner quickly determined the problem with my well pump. They took the time to check everything, besides the rubbed wire. They added pump/cable stand offs so the wire doesn’t rub thru. The previous company didn’t bother with the stands offs and I’m paying for it 3 years later
