My name is Chantelle Pasychny and my husband Kurtis and I created designHouse with a few things in mind. A sustainable approach to providing hair services on Vancouver Island and to build a house that everyone felt welcome in. It was important to me that my staff were proud to call dH home and that our guests felt it was somewhere that they felt heard, appreciated and beautiful!

We are a full service salon offering colouring, cutting, extensions, mens hair replacement, relaxing, smoothing and styling. There are different levels of stylists therefor the pricing will vary depending on who you see. We highly recommend coming in for a complimentary consultation for a customized hair plan and pricing.

Your appointments are very important to us, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling or cancellations. All appointments are confirmed via e-mail or text reminder from the salon, as we know how easy it is to forget an appointment that you booked months ago.

We also have a team of Extensionistas with experience that can help you discover what method is the best for you.
