With a small top-up fee, you can order any Tom Davies frame in any colour from the Tom Davies collection. All our frames can be custom made to fit you in any of our colours and have your name engraved onto the inside of the temple arm. Dr. Wittman has been serving the people of West Texas since 1998 by improving vision and educating her community about the importance of prioritizing the eyewear that they wear. She wants to provide you with a different eye care experience and a place where independent, luxury eyewear is our specialty.

For your convenience and for full transparency, we have listed our fees on our webpage. There are no hidden fees, and we go over everything with you including an itemized form about what you are purchasing when you choose your eyewear from us. If you have questions about what your insurance covers, please let us know, and please also see the Insurance tab in our menu bar for more information.

If she is not in your network, you can still see Dr. Wittman as a self pay patient, and we will give you an itemized receipt so that you can file to be reimbursed from your insurance. Some insurances have out of network benefits and some do not. Are you a Texas Tech employee?
Dr. Wittman is a participating provider with BlueCross/BlueShield, and you have coverage for routine eye exams under your Blue Cross/Blue Shield HealthSelect plus a contact lens fit is covered!Are you a South Plains College employee? Does your company offer a vision plan that Dr. Wittman is an out-of-network provider with (such as Superior, Spectera, Davis, or Eyemed)?

If you are a returning patient, we will provide you with a pass-code to update your existing information. Please remember to fill out tabs: DEMOGRAPHICS, MEDICAL HISTORY, MEDICAL INSURANCE, and VISION PLAN before you click the gray "submit data" box in the submit data tab. If you do not have medical insurance and/or a vision plan, select "none".
