While Guests can still select their own food items, our Staff will prepare each plate.
Butlered Hors D'oeuvres - Each guest can be served a little box of mixed hors d'oeuvres using a long handled, oar-style tray. Boxes can be customized to fit the theme of your event or with a company logo. Small Plate Buffets - Complete petit meals are served in individual covered boxes and plates. Complete Meals - Hors d'oeuvres, main course and dessert are served in a compartmentalized box.
