Esther has been Honey Brook's pharmacist for 20 years. She worked for Eckerd Drug as pharmacy/store manager from 1996 until 2006. She Wanted to make changes to improve the benefits and the general workplace environment for her employees and was not allowed to make those changes at a chain drug store.
