We repair Macs and PCs and perform standard services like screen replacement, virus removal, and upgrades, as well as more complex jobs like DC jack and component replacement, liquid damage repairs and data recovery. We also provide a wide range services for small businesses like networking, cloud migration, NAS setup, server support, and remote assistance.

If the original problem persists after a repair has been completed call within 5 days of the date of service and I will attempt to address the issue free of charge. If the complaint is regarding onsite service, I will not return for an onsite followup until an attempt has been made to resolve the issue by phone or online support.

A: Appointments are required for all drop offs and pickups for two reasons: first, since we also provide onsite service to clients we are sometimes out of the office doing onsite work during business hours. Second, in order to maintain a high quality and speed of service we need to be able to control the amount of business that comes through the door so that we are not overwhelmed.
