I highly recommend this company. Nick came in very professional, looked at every detail of the home, and spoke clear and detailed about every issue he saw or thought that was going to be a problem in the future. If you are a first time home buyer like me or just looking for an inspector, this is the company to go to. He will save you from thousands of dollars of repairs or damages, fair price and same day inspection report.

Nick came to inspect our first home and we just couldn't be happier with the services he provided. Nick is courteous, laid back, gives really thorough information and explains things in a way the average person can understand. Nick did not come across as over bearing but also made recommendations down to small things like replacing window caulk to prevent moisture damage. We would recommend him to anyone looking to inspect their forever home. He also has a thermal camera which many inspectors do not have, so he can scan for damage caused to walls and ceilings that can not be seen with the naked

We worked with Nick twice in the last two weeks. Thanks to his work, we were able to dodge buying a house that would have easily cost us an extra $50k in repairs/necessary updates. Nick is prompt, professional, educated, detailed, and happy to explain things as he goes along. His written inspection was made available to us same day, both instances!
