We have never had a bad experience! Jake Quick is awesome! We have never had any issues with any department and the staff has always gone above and beyond to accommodate us. We work crazy hours and have a super hectic life. Dralle of Watseka has always been amazing and patient when working with us! We appreciate you all!

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!! After you buy your car, Worst customer service ever and when the service department takes your vehicle for repairs, has it for weeks and returns it only half assed fixed. Can never get a call back from sales agent. Worst deal ever! They advertise as certified pre owned vehicles and they sell you a bunch of problems they won't stand behind.
