Out-Patient Physical Therapy services are rendered to people that live at home or in assisted living facilities that are able to drive or get transportation to make their physical therapy appointments.

We offer a wide variety of pain modalities and equipment such as electrical stimulation, ultrasound, paraffin, moist heat, cryo-therapy, Game Ready cold compression system, low impact exercise equipment, Biodex balance system, computerized home exercise programs with picture and video illustrations for general exercise, stretching, Thera-band exs, and taping joint techniques.

For the first visit, you should bring your insurance card, list of medications, and any paperwork that you may have received from your primary care doctor. If you have any operative reports, MRI or X-ray results, you should bring those as well. We highly suggest you review the HIPAA laws prior to your visit.

We accept Medicare, Tricare and most PPO insurances. However, we suggest you call our facility and your insurance provider and inquire about your physical therapy benefits. One of our primary goals is to serve our community. We understand financial situations can be difficult and want to do our best to work with each individual regardless of personal finances.
