Ms. Akaln uses her background in business management, civil litigation, poverty law, and domestic violence non-profit legal services to resolve cases in a cost-effective and equitable manner. Laura Alvarez

A graduate of Fordham University School of Law in New York, and Oberlin College in Ohio, attorney Laura Alvarez is admitted to both the California and Georgia bars and is a Certified Family Law Specialist. While in law school, she was selected to be a member of Fordham's Stein Scholars Program in Public Interest Law and Ethics.
Christelle Carlon

Christelle Carlon graduated from the University of California, San Diego where she majored in Economics and Political Science. She received her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2009 where she was a member of the family law society and an avid volunteer at the YWCA domestic violence clinic.
Mallika Kaur

Mallika Kaur has committed her career to defending the rights of victim-survivors both in the United States and internationally. She has worked with domestic violence victim-survivors for over 15 years in a range of capacities, including as an emergency room crisis counselor, an expert witness, an educator, and an attorney.
