The driver must be informed before pick-up if the vehicle any modifications. In order for the driver to safely load/unload your vehicle, it must be no less than 4 inches off the ground. The driver must be provided with a working phone number of the contracted customer, as well as a name and phone number if there's an appointed individual, other than the contracted customer, at the time of pick-up/delivery.

What do I do if I'm not available at the time/day that my vehicle is scheduled for delivery? Transit time varies depending where your vehicle is being transported to & from. For instance, from Florida to Las Vegas, it takes approximately 8 to 12 business days for your car to be transported. It is against FMCSA regulations for carriers to transport personal possessions within a vehicle.
