I dont know what has changed, and maybe it is because of COVID, but the service is not like it used to be when Gary was working. $80 for labor to change out my in-cabin filter when you pulled it out to show me how dirty it was. If I would have said no on changing it, I wouldnt have paid anything else, but because someone had to open a new box and place a new $15 filter in my truck I had to pay an additional $80 for labor. I understand paying for labor for the work. However, full price to open a box is ridiculous.

Don't bring your Car here they are incompetence. They had my car over a week waiting on parts, that was supposed to be next day, charge way to much for labor. O and took it 5 mile down the road for the check engine light to come on. These guys are horrible I been over a week in a hotel
