Your property manager will perform routine inspections of your community to help maintain its appearance and integrity.

We understand that your Association needs accurate and timely information regarding your community's finances. We will assist you in understanding your community's economic outlook and provide you with options to best manage its finances. The Exclusive team will prepare an initial draft of the annual budget using the current year's history and factoring in any changes that are expected.

Most people don't realize that operating a community's Association is similar to running a large corporation. In some cases, the Association is a multi-million dollar corporation. A cornerstone of every successful business is a sound and closely controlled administrative system. The Exclusive team will develop and maintain a filing system for all of the Association's documents and official records.

We believe that an Association's best interest is better served when the property management company is not the provider of contracted maintenance or repair services for the community. This allows the management company to always handle issues or provide guidance unbiased to the benefit of the Association.
