Services
Dry Needling
Dry needling treats muscular pain by inserting thin needles into trigger points. This technique reduces inflammation, improves blood flow, and promotes natural healing. Patients receive personalized sessions that target specific areas causing discomfort through this scientifically validated method.
Decompression Therapy
This non-surgical treatment alleviates back and neck pain by gently stretching the spine. Decompression therapy creates space between vertebrae, reducing pressure on discs and nerves. Patients benefit from targeted pain relief and improved mobility without medication.
Sports Injury Rehabilitation
Customized programs restore function after sports-related injuries. Our therapists combine manual techniques with performance-specific exercises to accelerate healing while preventing future injuries. Athletes regain strength and mobility through evidence-based rehabilitation protocols.
Post-Surgical Recovery
Structured rehabilitation programs optimize healing after surgical procedures. Our therapists work closely with surgeons to implement protocols that restore range of motion, rebuild muscle strength, and accelerate return to daily activities through progressive therapeutic interventions.
Women's Health Therapy
This focused treatment addresses musculoskeletal conditions affecting women's health. Our therapists employ specialized techniques to relieve pain and improve function related to pelvic floor issues, pregnancy-related discomfort, and postpartum recovery through personalized therapeutic approaches.

Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans and work with patients to verify coverage before starting treatment. Our staff explains all financial aspects prior to beginning care.
Is dry needling painful?
The thin needles used in dry needling cause minimal discomfort. Most patients experience only a brief sensation when the needle is inserted, with significant pain relief following the treatment.
How long are therapy sessions?
Initial evaluations last 45-60 minutes. Subsequent treatment sessions typically take 30-45 minutes, depending on the specific treatment plan and patient needs.

I have very mixed emotions about this place. My physical therapist was great. I have been going there for over 2 months for a knee injury. I paid my copay every visit. Not one time did they bring up that they werent in my network. Or that my copay wasnt covering my charges. They wait over 2 months when I finally decide that I wasnt gaining anything else from my visits to send me a nice big bill. I honestly think they would have kept going and waiting as long as I was showing up before they would have ever sent me an invoice for any balance. Coincidence? I dont believe in those

I saw iAM for my total knee replacement revision. My goals were to strengthen my leg muscles and get as much of a range of motion as possible. I saw iAM three times a week for over two months. At the conclusion, I am able to bend my knee further than I had hoped! I kept my expectations low so not to be disappointed and my range was 20 degrees greater than I wished for! To say Im elated seems like an under statement! To say I am eternally grateful for what iAM did for my quality of life seems more appropriate. I noticed the strength in my legs increased rapidly. I believe this is because of the

I recently had surgery for my right shoulder. My rotator cuff was in poor shape, bone spurs, arthritis, damaged tendons, etc. The surgery was a great success but I needed physical therapy to complete the repair. I was referred to iAm where Dr. Robertozzi began the process and it is a process. I saw Dr Robertozzi twice a week for 1hour session each time. He began by establishing a base line of my complete shoulder movement. Started gentle stretching and movement of the range of motion of my shoulder which progressed with exercises, added resistance and strength exercises until my shoulder is

I visited iAm PT on a bike trip to Bentonville. I'd been dealing with some knee/IT irritation all summer and after a long day in the saddle, my leg was not happy. I was fairly certain some dry needling would do the trick and get me back to riding. Christian listened to my history, my thoughts and experiences as well as explained in depth what was happening. He had me fixed up with some dry needling and felt instant relief, as well as some exercises to treat the root cause (weak hips). Would recommend for any one!
