When our 20 year old boiler started giving us trouble (9 years ago) we called Heatmeister out to look at it. At the time he was one of the only plumbers that would do a weekend service call. He convinced us that we needed a new system and that ours would soon quit working. He only installed a German product and sold us on the quality of the Viessmann boiler. We did our due diligence and researched the product. Little did we know Richard was the only plumber in the state that would/could work on them. He now had us under his thumb. We spent 17k on the new system which his company could monitor
