Upon arrival found customer had a 40 gallon gas water Heater that was installed back in 1993! Installed a brand new 50 gallon Rheem water heater complete with new expansion tank, and ball valve. Basement kitchen for this customers in law suite was backing up, found the old pump no longer working and needed to be replaced.

I had a leaky water main and had Chad come out and give me some options. He gave a very honest assessment and never tried to oversell me on anything. I feel like a lot of times people try to always push for the expensive solution, which he did not. He told me that his work is very thorough and they may not be the cheapest but they are the best.
