They are always very nice and friendly. We didn't have to wait more than a few minutes to be helped. So far, everything seems to be progressing nicely. We can follow up once the treatment is complete! However, no complaints so far.

Dr. Rozen and his staff are wonderful. I have been going to them for years with my boys. They make the children feel so comfortable and excited about going. My son recently went in to get his retainer and he was so excited and proud to have it and show it off. I'm so glad I found them.
