Ken was a phenomenal inspector. I'm writing this review about 4 years late but his report was very thorough. He included even minor things that may not get fixed by the seller but still something to negotiate for/fix yourself. I truly appreciated his expertise, and the house ended up being a great purchase in hindsight. I wanted to write the review because I'm buying a house in OKC now. Although it is outside of Ken's area, I reached out to him (4 years later) to see if he knew any inspectors here. He took his time on the phone and looked at the different companies I was considering and gave feedback
