Services
Physical Therapy
Our licensed physical therapists help patients regain mobility and functional abilities through targeted exercises and treatments. We address walking difficulties, balance issues, strength deficits, and pain management. Our home-based approach allows personalized care plans that adapt to each patient's living environment, promoting safer recovery and improved daily living capabilities for homebound patients.
Occupational Therapy
Our occupational therapy services focus on improving patients' ability to perform daily living activities. Therapists work on upper extremity function, fine motor skills, and adaptive techniques for independent living. By addressing coordination, strength, and cognitive aspects of daily tasks, we help patients maintain autonomy in their home environment through practical, real-life interventions.
Speech Therapy
Our speech therapy services address communication disorders and swallowing difficulties. Therapists use targeted exercises to improve articulation, language comprehension, and oral motor function. For patients with swallowing challenges, we implement specialized techniques to enhance safe eating and drinking, focusing on improving quality of life and nutritional outcomes in home settings.
Anodyne Therapy
Anodyne Therapy utilizes infrared technology to improve circulation and reduce inflammation. Our therapists apply this non-invasive treatment to address musculoskeletal pain and promote healing. The therapy pads deliver targeted infrared energy that stimulates blood flow, helping alleviate symptoms associated with chronic conditions while providing drug-free pain relief in patients' home environments.
Case Management
Our case management ensures coordinated care delivery through comprehensive treatment planning and documentation oversight. Certified professionals monitor patient progress, maintain regulatory compliance, and facilitate communication between therapists and home health agencies. This systematic approach guarantees consistent service quality and accurate documentation that meets evolving healthcare standards.

Sep 15, 2021 Report
I had a very poor experience with a prior Outpatient PT service. Eagle Creek Therapy (specifically Terri & Amy) have been exceptional. After 4 months sitting after leg surgery, I am now up and walking with assistance after only one week of their care. Terri and Amy really know their stuff and have taught me so well. They both are VERY knowledgeable, compassionate, professional and know the ins & outs of healthcare approvals. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND
