We will prepare and fill your vacancy. We ensure collection of rent and handle all tenant issues. We provide detailed monthly statements and disbursement, as well as tax information prepared by our accounting staff. We have our own experienced crew on hand and work closely with trusted professional vendors to handle complete renovations, as well as any needed repair and or maintenance at the lowest possible cost to you.
Rental Requirements and FAQs

Total household income must net (take home pay after taxes) a minimum of 3 times the rental amount. Credit, criminal, landlord verifications, and proof-of-income verifications will be done and made part of our decision collectively. The security deposit must be equal to one month's rent minimum-due in certified funds only.
Real Estate Agent Referrals
Report
Realty Consultants agrees to pay the referring agent's brokerage a one-time fee of $250.00 or 20% of Monthly Rental Amount (whichever is greater). This fee will be paid to the referring agent's brokerage once the home is rented and under a current management agreement. Agent Protection Guarantee: Return The Referred Client Back to the Referring Real Estate Agent When That Referred Client Sells.
Pet Damage Guarantee

We offer a guarantee that any damages caused to the home, above normal wear and tear, resulting from the approved animal(s) that is not covered by the tenant security deposit will be reimbursed by Agent to make necessary repairs on behalf of the Owner. This excludes any Service Animals per the Fair Housing Guidelines.
