Dr. Carolyn Filla graduated in 2016 from Northwestern Health Sciences University. She moved across the country from Wisconsin to join our community, having fallen in love with southern hospitality and our beautiful mountains. Bright Futures Chiropractic opened in 2017 to provide our area with prenatal, pediatric and family chiropractic care.

It was back in the fifth grade that Dr. Carolyn decided to become a chiropractor. She had a hip injury that was causing her pain. Her family didn't usually go to the medical doctor for small concerns but instead took Dr. Carolyn to the chiropractor. During Dr. Carolyn's undergraduate education, her nephew was scheduled to have tubes put in his ears for a chronic infection.

Amber has lived in Maryville since 2013 and is married with three wonderful children. Her chiropractic journey started in 2018 when she and her husband decided they wanted to be more proactive with the health of the entire family, especially their children. Dr. Carolyn was one of the only chiropractors in the area to specialize in pediatric care at the time and was a huge hit with the whole family!
