From routine cleanings and fillings to bruxism devices, Dr. Masak is equipped to handle all your dental needs. Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
We will also take x-rays, which includes the panoramic x-ray for proper diagnosis of the anterior (front) and posterior (back) teeth as well as the bite-wing x-ray series for proper diagnosis of proximal decay of posterior teeth.Crowns are synthetic caps, usually made of a material like porcelain, placed on the top of a tooth.

Dr. Masak has been practicing dentistry in Appleton since 1988, in a practice that has served the Fox Valley since 1904. He is only the third owner, and some of his patients have been treated by all three dentists over the years! Dr. Masak is a graduate of Appleton West High School, and studied at U. W. Eau Claire prior to graduating with a DDS degree from Marquette University, in 1986.
