Each patient receives individualized attention with regular progress assessments to optimize recovery timelines.

Certified hand therapists provide specialized care for hand, wrist, and elbow conditions following injury or surgery. Through advanced techniques in splint fabrication, scar management, and neuromuscular re-education, we help patients regain dexterity and hand function. Treatment includes post-traumatic rehabilitation, carpal tunnel syndrome management, and recovery from complex reconstructive surgeries with certified practitioners holding 4,000+ hours of specialized training.
Athletic Training
Licensed athletic trainers deliver on-site medical coverage for local high school sports programs, providing immediate injury evaluation and emergency care. Our team collaborates with physical therapists to develop sport-specific rehabilitation programs that safely return athletes to competition. Services include injury prevention education, functional movement assessments, and performance enhancement training for student athletes at Mount Academy and Saugerties High School.
Sports Rehabilitation
This specialized program addresses sports-related injuries through performance-based rehabilitation techniques. We incorporate blood flow restriction training and sport-specific drills to accelerate recovery from ACL tears, rotator cuff injuries, and other common athletic conditions. Our physical therapists with orthopedic clinical specialist certifications design progressive exercise programs that restore strength while minimizing re-injury risk for active individuals across all fitness levels.
Pelvic Floor Therapy
Our specialists address pelvic floor dysfunction through individualized treatment plans focusing on muscular retraining and pain management. Using internal and external assessment techniques, we treat conditions including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain syndromes, and postpartum recovery. The program combines manual therapy, biofeedback technology, and targeted exercise regimens to restore normal pelvic floor function while maintaining patient privacy and comfort.
