Finally figured out how these guys work. They are a "re-seller" of services. They don't do anything but INSERT themselves in between a business and service (internet, phone, telecom, etc).
Long story very short: let's say you want internet service. ITS goes to Spectrum to obtain a wholesale/reseller rate, let's say $69 per month. Then, they charge the business $250 or more per month. Why such a markup? They claim to provide 'white glove' service. If they did, great! However, my experience has been 'regular' service.
One last thing: they lock you into a 3-year contract and you have to pay "taxes

I just spoke with Raquel (she confirmed and spelled it this way,"No "C on my name" she said). I was asking for someone's email to confirm that the AUTOPAY on our account is turned off because we were still billed after we terminated our contract, but she said there's no email I can write to nor she can't email me any confirmation. So I would like to confirm, hopefully someone will reply to me here, that It was indeed turned off and we are not going to be billed unknowingly again. Thanks.

I was taught to say only positive things as much as possible. So, let me say that James, who signed us up was the only responsive person who was helpful to us when he was there but he was let go a year ago. And now based on our recent experiences, we are happy that our contract will be ending soon.

Our company was referred to ITS from another business who spoke highly of their customer service and products. When our old analog phones were becoming extinct, we contacted ITS and are so grateful we did! At the moment COVID shut down businesses in CA, ITS jumped into hyper drive and hooked up our employees with remote access with both phones and their computers. The reps and support is unparalleled. Our company highly recommends working with ITS.

We have had great service with ITS. They are very responsive when called with always a pleasant and professional demeanor. We are an accounting firm that depends on our internet to exist and depend on ITS to keep us running. We have had other IT servers before and by far this firm has been the best. They never leave you hanging!! We are grateful to them.

We have been working with ITS Telecom for about 18 months for our 2 offices. It is great to work with a local company and get a live person on the phone every time you call. Especially James Bayer (Sales) is quick to pick up the phone and answer any questions you might have.
I am all for supporting local companies and ITS Telecom is an example where we received much better service than the big national company we had before.

ITS has been incredibly helpful in assisting me and my work in the use of their computer-based telephone client. I received personal assistance from one of their technicians David Moro who was able to help me identify multiple issues and ultimately helped me get my phone line working. We have been a customer of ITS for about 4 months now and their service has been excellent. They helped undo the rats nest of an IT situation we had and have gone above and beyond to help us in anyway that we need.
