Tim and his team assisted us with modifications to a home we purchased including but not limited to repaint exterior, deck and railings, install exterior light fixtures, remodel storage to be fully compliant with Manatee County Building Authority codes and regulations, reconfigure kitchen pantry cabinet for and install compact washer/dryer, construct pantry under stairs and install concrete driveway.
