Our first experience with the material Vinyl was back int he 1980's with Vinyl Windows. As a General Contractor we were doing remodeling and one day we were tearing down a termite infested patio cover and a realtor said we could build a Patio Cover in that same beautiful material as those windows - you would really have a Home Run!
It got us thinking, and not long after that, we came across a company in Utah whom was installing a lot of fence in the same material as the windows - "vinyl" fencing. Great company to work with. Carlos and his helper were on time and made helpful suggestions on the best way to put the privacy fence up across our driveway. They took pride in their work and made sure we were happy with the finished results. They were not the cheapest bid, but my husband and I both agree that you get what you pay for and only hire a company that is licensed and are insured.

Bought a vinyl gate and fence. Plus more vinyl items. I had problems with some of my gate latches. Good Luck getting them to come back and fix it. Called in the past and no one called me back or followed though with my complaint about doors not closing properly (hinge /latches). Bad customer service. It looks nice but not responding when you have issues with a brand new purchase is Unacceptable. The good part was the Sales person I had, he was professional. The installer was very nice as well. When someone spends $5000 your Vinyl, standby your product and make it right quickly if you installed

Purchased a vinyl topper from Home Team Fencing. They were very responsive throughout the process. Competitive pricing compared to other quotes. Installer (Carlos) showed up and quickly realized the vinyl was not cut to the correct size. He explained everything to us and promised to correct the mistake and install the next day. Carlos showed up the next day with the correct product and finished the install. Everything looks great! Very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

The home we just purchased had worn out wood gates inside block walls. We knew we needed an upgrade and ultimately decided on vinyl because of the sharp look and low maintenance. I contacted 3 companies to provide a quote. Home Team sent out Tony to measure and provide a price. Tony was really cool and was very knowledgeable. He provided a price for the gates and also a wall topper. I liked Tony a lot and his price was fair. We were told up front it would take several weeks to get the materials and that wasn't an issue for me.

We used Home Team Fence to install a 24" vinyl lattice wall topper on our shared back yard and side yard block walls. The final product looks sharp and there are no obvious issues with the work or product.
I was disappointed with the level of communication we received after we paid our deposit as it took a couple follow ups to confirm that payment had been received and that our work would be scheduled. On the plus side, there was a cancellation and they were very proactive about reaching out to beat our originally estimated date which worked out well for us.

I can't say enough about this company. This is my second time using them. They installed a vinyl gate the first time about 2 years ago and today they installed a large fence in my backyard. The team was AMAZING from the start to finish!! Scott the sales guy is such a cool dude and very easy to talk to! Maria was super sweet with setting up our install date. The two technicians who came out to work the install were so friendly and efficient. Ulises was the main contact for the instal work and he was so smart and really communicated great to us on the progress of the work. Overall I am beyond

Mike showed up on a weekend and was polite and professional. He had a sound and easy to understand knowledge of Vinyl Fencing and laid out a well drawn and thought out plan. The 2 key factors for choosing them was 1/ Professional approach. Others I had round to view were rather rude and arrogant. 2/ Pricing - Their pricing was better than the others, coupled with an appreciative military discount. I have to wait about 4-5 weeks which is standard and not a problem. I will update then with how the job went but so far so good. I would recommend them over others in the South Bay by a country mile.

Horrible company! I went to Home Depot to get a quote for vinyl fence and was referred to Home Team Fencing back in Jul 2020. The contract stated that the service will be performed in 30 days. The salesperson mentioned that it will might take 60 days due to Covid which was understandable.
60 days came and was told the fence is not ready. They said their manufacturer is behind. I waited another month and they still could not give me a date of when my fence will be installed. I told them I waited long enough and would like to cancel my order but they refused to give me my $2400 deposit back.

I got a fence and two gates installed this past winter and there was nothing wrong with the initial contact or the work.
A few weeks ago the driveway gate started sagging and it is now incredibly difficult to open. I began leaving messages about three weeks ago. I called Monday and left a message for “M***a” and twice more today. The last gentleman was very adamant he would make sure she called me back. But nope.
Edit: Finally was able to talk to M***a and repair is scheduled. She was pleasant. I’m not sure anyone ever actually gave her my messages.

Home Team wanted 50% of money up-front, before they even started the job. (1 month in advance). I offered to give them a cc to hold the $, or when they drop off the materials, but nope they wanted cash. I've been taken like this in the past, and won't do this again. I would not recommend doing business that wants money up front

Got an estimate paid half appointment was set up then got a call the day before installation this was in October so told me they didn't have all the materials so they had to cancel the install and would call once they have the materials. Well never got that call I had to call to see what the status and still no materials well the screws to put the fence together wow no screws unbelievable gave them another 3 weeks still nothing. These people are lame oh and they want to charge me a restocking fee for the materials that they don't have what a rip off. DON'T USE THIS LAME COMPANY.....

Once they get your money, " The Lifetime Warranty " is a lie. I have tried to get all three latches repaired on my gates since August. I called over 30 times asking for help since August. Carlos came out. Told me all the lathes were were worn. Never came back. I called Scott, spoke with Alvaro, Patty, Jordan and Maria. Six months later. No repairs. Two of the gates rattle in the rain, wind and some nights.

This company is really wonderful to work with it. They are very courteous, efficient and responsive to their customer’s needs. Their products are very reasonably priced and great. The only reason I gave 4 stars only is because they forgot to put a knob with lock but still the latch they used was nice. Carlos, the installer was so professional and very patient and not hurried to finish the job. I will not hesitate to use their services again and recommend them too.

We love the look of our fence and how it complements our house--it is both functional and beautiful.
The installers were very professional and receptive to our concerns. We especially appreciated that they came back to modify one of the gates at no cost to us-- they really do want you to be 100% satisfied.
All in all, definitely a 5-Star Experience!
