Salt Lake City's Premier Mobile Flower Truck & Flower Bar
I am Natalie Cruz, founder and owner of The Petal Coop, a local flower bar and mobile flower truck serving Salt Lake City. Before launching this venture, I worked as a project coordinator and events director for a hospitality development firm, where I cultivated a deep passion for entrepreneurship and design. This experience, combined with over a decade of expertise in special occasion floral design, inspired me to pursue my greatest passion: creating happiness through flowers. As a self-taught florist mentored by industry leaders, I draw inspiration from the natural landscapes and color palettes around me to craft unique arrangements that celebrate the beauty of individual petals. In 2018, I transformed my vision into reality by acquiring our iconic 1968 VW mobile flower truck, The Petal Pusher, which became one of Salt Lake City's first mobile flower trucks. To create a permanent community space for flower enthusiasts, we established The Flower Stem Bar in The Maven District later that year. Our flower bar offers single stem flowers, custom arrangements, and educational workshops that teach people how to incorporate floral artistry into their daily lives. We remain committed to making unique flower varieties and locally grown blooms accessible to all, believing that petals truly have the power to make everyone happy.

I have ordered from The Petal Coop more times than I can count and EVERY.SINGLE.TIME I am in awe of how beautiful and stunning the arrangements are. But what truly makes this shop so special is the love and detail the owner Natalie puts into each arrangement. Her heart and warmth you feel when you enter the studio matches the beauty of the flowers. My family and I will never go anywhere else. If I could put 10 stars for this rating, I would.

I received a bouquet from the Petal Coop and it was the most beautiful arrangement I have ever seen. If I'm sending flowers, I now only use this business. Natalie is incredibly helpful and provides amazing customer service. Every arrangement I've ordered, the recipient has been blown away. Absolutely gorgeous.
