Roach Motel!! We visited during daylight, but at dusk the roaches come out... They say that pest patrol comes every two weeks. They do come spray but must use sugar water! Went through many cans of raid while living there! Roaches were constant and heavy! So glad we were able to get out of there!!!

Everyone in the office is so nice, very friendly and helpful. This is a quiet and simple place to live! I also have a great view of the pool, maintenance has kept up well with it, my son loves going swimming so that’s perfect.

The best apartments I lived in, Beautiful apartments and beautiful landscapes.. their name matches their beautiful oak trees. They have the best maintenance team and management you can ask for, if anything is wrong just make a note and you will be happy, Nothing is perfect but they try their very best to make sure you are happy. They keep up with their maintenance as far as trash and the view to make sure your happy when you pull into your home..I have had no complaints about living here and. The inside are beautiful and good location to all restaraunts and all shopping. You wont regret it. I've

To whom this may concern,
I have been struggling with your team of staff on the property as there was a dispute about the rent and I have agreed to pay in a 3 month term period. I have been charged for extra things such as cleaning, as well as carpet cleaner etc. and would like to submit my photos as this is unacceptable, I have talked to Candy Marshall, the regional manager and she has agreed that I make the rent payment over three months - after several calls and disputes, one of the staff members started accusing my parents of not having a good relationship. They have told me multiple times

We have lived at 2 different apartments at Towne Oaks. We have loved both, but we choose a second location after two years because we wanted to move downstairs and have less carpet(for my children) Management was very helpful with our transfer, and I even received part of my deposit back. Even after living upstairs for 2 years. My new apartment is wonderful and love the location, especially also that everything is close by. Also, I’ve never had issues with neighbors, Nor loud noises. I would recommend to live here... management is nice and apartments are nice and big. You won’t get this anywhere

Been here only a couple of months and have seen a lot of progress being done. I had a maintenance request and it was addressed immediately and note left of what was done so I would be aware. Staff is very courteous and respond to my questions/requests in a very timely manner. Thank you to all the staff!

I love my apartment! Crystal is so amazing!! Anything I need or asked for she was always on it. I would definitely recommend asking for crystal if you are wanting to look into getting an apartment here she makes the process so smooth.😌

Towne Oaks is our first apartment and we’ve had great experiences here! I especially want to applaud their maintenance team for answering our maintenance request VERY quickly, taking necessary precautions and their willingness to answer all of our questions! They have had a hand in the reason we love living here! Love it!!

Would not recommend if you want your apartment at 80 degrees 24/7 in 100 degree weather with a FOUR YEAR OLD. My toddler wakes up in sweats every night and hasn’t gotten any sleep in over a week since they last “fixed our ac” there is no reason that our apartment being set at 70 should still be at 80degrees after just being fixed and having a new thermostat put in. Also no the filter being slightly dirty is obviously NOT the problem. We’ve put in multiple emergency orders and still no one has come to fix it. Also don’t come here if you pay rent on time and don’t want to be charged extra
