We sold our single family home in Redondo Beach with Cecily Lee because she is the best in the business. She was accommodating with our schedule, timing, and personal needs. She is knowledgeable, professional, and strives for perfection. We followed "most all" of her direction in the way of repairs, staging, upgrades, and clean up and she got us multiple offers, all cash, full price, and closed in 3 weeks! We couldn't believe it! We were extremely pleased with her communication and ability to explain any questions we had. We are going to use her again for the sale of our other home
