After graduating from Cal State Northridge in 1983, Dean joined World Savings in 1984. During his tenure, Dean was active in business development at the Company. In 1988, he pioneered World's Wholesale Lending Division and was responsible for developing their proprietary Preferred Mortgage Broker Training Program.
