This is the worst pharmacy with which I have ever dealt. There is no communication from the pharmacy to the consumer, the amount of effort the staff takes to complete it's job of filling prescriptions change without notice, and when I asked why I was informed they were too busy to keep track of pre-authorizations, instead, I am supposed to call the pharmacy a third and sometimes fourth time to see if the preauth went through and then ask for it to be filled, again. The prices of their goods on the shelves are on average 1 to 2 dollars more than what you can get the supplies for elsewhere. I am

Carroll Apothecary gets 5 stars from me! They have been my pharmacy for 39 years! I trust them and they always have what I need, both in the pharmacy, over the counter meds, medical equipment and gifts. Their customer service is superb and all of the employees feel like family to me! I doing business with them! Thank you for taking such good care of me!!
