
Two Peaks Fitness Inc., a non-profit and 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, is centrally located in the Cuchara Valley in La Veta, Colorado, and offers physical fitness facilities to residents and visitors in Huerfano County. We offer a number of fitness classes including Senior Pilates, Power Fitness, Spin Bike, Swiss Ball, Senior Yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Zumba.

Boxing: Boxing is not just an arm workout; when done properly it is a full body workout - legs, core, back, shoulders and arms; as well as a cardiovascular workout. Includes floor work with conditioning drills. Hatha & Chair Yoga: These sessions include the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises), which help bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for deeper spiritual practices such as mediation.
Youth Sports Leagues

Two Peaks Fitness offers youth sports in Huerfano County for basketball, baseball, soccer, and volleyball!. La Veta baseball field 4:15 pm; Walsenburg field behind Huerfano County Community Center 5:00 pm. Games: all games on Saturday mornings, starting at 10 am. Location will alternate between Walsenburg and La Veta.

This course includes a gradual outbound ascent totaling 756 feet of elevation gain and a smooth, even downhill cruise when the first half's work is done. The turning point is arguably at one of the most scenic areas of the Highway of Legends with the stone dike formations looming to the east. Overall winners were Kermit Snyder of Rocky Ford (1:28:49) and Amber Ramirez of Raton (1:48:48).
