Services
House Moving
Dingey Movers specializes in relocating residential structures of all sizes. Using hydraulic systems and steel rail structures, we safely lift and transport homes while preserving their integrity. Our team customizes solutions for historical or complex moves, ensuring minimal disruption to homeowners. Services include foundation replacement, basement excavation, and positioning on new sites.
Foundation Repair
We provide comprehensive foundation repair and basement excavation services. Our process involves lifting structures, removing deteriorated foundations, and installing new ones. This includes expanding partial basements into full ones or adding livable space beneath existing homes. Projects are managed with precision to ensure structural stability and client safety.
Shoring Services
Our shoring services stabilize walls and buildings during repairs or construction. Using lifting beams and engineering plans, we reinforce structures to meet project deadlines. This includes temporary support for commercial sites, residential retrofits, and complex industrial environments where safety is critical during modifications.
Bridge Transport
Dingey Movers relocates bridges of varying materials and sizes, including historical structures. We conduct structural evaluations, develop detailed moving plans, and use specialized equipment to transport and reposition bridges safely. This service supports infrastructure upgrades and preservation projects with minimal environmental impact.
Temporary Roads
We install temporary roadways using composite mats to enable safe access for heavy machinery in challenging terrain. Mats prevent ground contamination, reduce accident risks, and maintain project timelines by providing stable surfaces over mud, wetlands, or sensitive areas. Reusable mats support eco-friendly operations.

Report
Bart and his crew moved a structure for us, 19x44 up a steep hill, around a turn , and into the site with no damage to the building despite the many obstacles that were in place. They set the building up high enough that we were able to actually put in basement walls without bumping our heads on the beams. When we were ready to set it down on block, they came back out and set it down without us having to knock out the block we had placed in front of the beams not knowing we weren't supposed to place. Very easy to work with on the project when we needed to make adjustments to the time frame on moving

This company has a great website, one of the most professional I've seen in this business of house moving. Unfortunately their follow up doesn't match their website. They ask you to first fill our an RFQ, upload pictures, etc. so they can give you a quote. I did all of this and left several messages to follow up, never got a call back. I tried calling one more time and spoke to someone who explained "we don't go up to Michigan anymore, there are too many people up there". I explained that their website clearly shows they service all of Michigan and that I had filled out their RFQ as requested.
