Services
Commercial Painting
Our commercial painting services cover interior and exterior projects for restaurants, hotels, and shopping malls. Using premium coatings from trusted suppliers, we ensure durable, aesthetically pleasing finishes that enhance property value. Certified professionals apply products efficiently while maintaining strict safety protocols on active job sites.
Industrial Coatings
We provide specialized industrial coatings for water treatment plants, manufacturing facilities, and healthcare centers. Our corrosion-resistant and heat-resistant solutions protect critical infrastructure against harsh environments. Expert application ensures compliance with industry safety standards and extended service life for treated surfaces.
Sand Blasting
Professional sandblasting services prepare surfaces for optimal coating adhesion. Our experienced crews select appropriate abrasives and equipment to remove contaminants while protecting surrounding areas. This crucial preparation step enhances coating durability for industrial and commercial applications.
Waterproofing
Comprehensive waterproofing solutions protect structures against water damage using advanced sealants and marine-grade coatings. We apply systems that create watertight barriers for foundations, roofs, and specialized facilities, preventing costly water intrusion issues for commercial properties.
Electrostatic Spraying
Electrostatic spraying technology ensures even coating coverage on complex surfaces. Charged particles adhere uniformly to metallic objects, reducing overspray waste while achieving professional finishes in hard-to-reach areas. This efficient method minimizes downtime for commercial clients.

Can you leave less than a star? I've never used McKinney for any type of work but wanted to share about my experience from today. I was almost run off Versailles Rd. this morning by someone in a McKinney Painting truck. He tailed me for a mile or so in the left lane (only a few feet from my bumper) then started flashing his lights and honking his horn. We were in traffic, there were cars in front of and to the side of me. I eventually sped up to get out of his way, at which point he flew around me in a left turn lane/the raised median and cut me off, nearly pushing me into a car in the right lane

I just came to Google to look up the phone number for McKinney painting so I could call them about their driver who almost ran me off Versailles road this morning. Looks like this has happened before. Owner or not someone needs to address this.
