The Process
Report
After you or your family request in-home care, you will be given a thorough assessment of your health needs by a Registered Nurse. This assessment can take place in the hospital, nursing home, or in your home. A health care team member will collaborate with your physician to develop a treatment plan tailored to your specific needs.

Exceptional Care, Inc. accepts payments from most insurance carriers Medicaid, Veterans Insurance, Workers Compensation and Private Pay. If you have any questions regarding your coverage, please give us a call at (404) 534-1973. Please ask about our free in-home care program for those who do not quality for Medicaid and have no other means to pay for care.
